On September 24, 2004, Aidan turned 3 -- how time flies! As you can see below, we had a busy summer and it has only continued to be busy. Aidan started preschool this year -- two mornings a week. He loves it. The school is a cooperative, meaning that Galit has to work at least one day per month in the class and that all the parents have to participate in fundraising, parties, etc. The week before Aidan's birthday, we went on a vacation to the Outer Banks, NC with the Honigs -- Laura, Caribou, Jack (almost 3), and Ben (9 mon.). It was the first beach vacation any of the three of us had been on and we had a great time. After weeks of painting, sewing, framing, hammering, and of course SPENDING, Aidan's new room is finally done. Now that he's almost 3 and starting preschool shortly, he's ready for a big bed -- which just wouldn't fit in his old room. Here are some pictures of Galit and Mac's hard work and one of Aidan appreciating their efforts!

Finally -- a little time off! The three of us headed up to State College, PA to see the fireworks on Fourth of July. We visited with friends Todd and Jen and their new baby, Carson. Then we had a quick visit with the Bookhamers (Judi, Mike, Corey, and Ian) and Barbie and her new baby, Olivia. We headed up to Oakville, Canada to visit with Mac's family.

Galit and Aidan drove up to New Jersey together for a little vacation. The first stop was to visit Natasha and Stacey and celebrate baby Cassidy's first birthday! Next we visited with the Sackins and had the famous brownies! We picked up Aunt Dani and took her with us to visit our friend Jen from high school and meet her gorgeous kids -- Kyle and Alex. Our next stop was Hershey, PA to visit with Kathy, Mike, Emily, & Rachel. When we got back to NJ Dani, Aidan, and Galit had a chance to visit with another friend from high school, Lenette. Finally it was time to go home to Mac and celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary.

Galit's mom and sister Meytal came to visit in June to go wedding dress shopping for Meytal's May 2005 wedding. In between dress shops, they had a few minutes to play with Aidan!

We had to cancel a trip to Canada at Easter and instead, spent the weekend at home. We had an Easter egg hunt and made an Easter bunny cake. We didn't get a chance to pose with the Easter bunny this year, but who needs an Easter bunny when you can have an Easter cat?
